The DOGz CAFE is about capturing the unique personality of your pet. Dog, Cat, Rabbit, or Goat. We invite all types of animals to share the gallery.

How did I come to this? I had spent over the past decade as a product designer/creative director in the Bay Area.
While living in the Bay Area, I found myself wanting to be out and about with the dog walker I hired while I was busily feeding the corporate mire with marketable products. My dog walker seemed to be having quite a bit of fun. But it wasn't until I began an MFA program in creative writing at Vermot College that I became interested in how a dog would tell their story from their point of view. And I'd been drawing and painting since the age of 5. That's when the concept of the DOGz CAFE came together.

I hope the DOGz CAFE reflects the joy of the animal community and gives something back to your day.

Niya currently lives in Boulder Colorado with her two rabbits, Caila and Dakota.
